Shipping and Delivery


How long will my order take to arrive? +
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3 to 6 business days. So from placing your order to having it in your hands, you're looking at roughly 4 to 8 business days.
What are the shipping costs? +
All shipments cost $7.99 USD. Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way from dispatch to your door. We'll email your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally? +
We currently ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
Which carrier will deliver my order? +
We ship with USPS (Priority Mail), UPS (Ground), and FedEx (Ground and Home Delivery). The carrier and service are chosen based on your location and what's available in your area.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress. You can also check at any time through our Track My Order page.
What if there is a delay? +
Delays can sometimes happen due to carrier issues, severe weather, busy seasonal periods, or other things outside our control. If we become aware of anything affecting your order, we'll let you know as soon as we can.
I entered the wrong address. What happens now? +
Please get in touch with us straight away at support@henrygrayson.com. If your order comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll arrange to send it out again. An additional shipping charge may apply.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received it +
First, check with anyone else in your household, your neighbours, or your local carrier office. If it still hasn't turned up, contact the carrier directly and also let us know at support@henrygrayson.com. We'll do everything we can to help sort it out.

Returns and Refunds


What's your return policy? +
You have a full 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Nothing in our store is ever marked final sale, so every item is eligible.
How do I start a return? +
Just email support@henrygrayson.com with your order number and a quick note on why you're returning the item. Once approved, we'll send you step by step instructions and the return address.
Do you provide a return label? +
Arranging and covering the cost of return shipping is up to you. We don't provide prepaid labels at this time, but we'd recommend using a tracked service so you can follow your parcel back to us. The good news is we never charge a restocking fee.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour? +
We don't process direct exchanges, but getting what you'd like is simple. Just return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size, colour, or product you'd prefer.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect +
Please get in touch with us straight away at support@henrygrayson.com with your order number and photos if you can. We'll look into it right away and put it right, whether that means a replacement, a refund, or an exchange.
Can I cancel my order? +
As long as your order hasn't been sent to our warehouse for processing, we can cancel it for you. Once it's been packed or shipped we can't stop it on its way, but you're always welcome to start a return once it arrives.
When will I receive my refund? +
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll be in touch to confirm. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or card provider may need up to 7 extra days after that for the funds to show in your account. If it's been more than 10 business days since we approved your refund and there's no sign of it, please let us know.
