Refund policy

 

Your satisfaction means everything to us at Henry Grayson. If your order isn't quite what you hoped for, we've made returning it as easy and stress free as possible. Here's exactly how it works.

What Can Be Returned

You have a full 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. To keep things fair for everyone, we just ask that returned items are:

  • Still in new, unused condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and with all the original tags still attached
  • Packed in their original packaging
  • Sent back with proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt

We're proud to say that nothing in our store is ever marked final sale. Every single item can be returned, as long as it meets the simple conditions above. Items sent back after the 30 day window, or that arrive in a used condition, may unfortunately not be eligible.

Starting Your Return

Getting started is easy. Just send us an email at support@henrygrayson.com with your order number and a quick note on why you're returning the item. Once we've approved your return, we'll send you everything you need:

  1. Clear, step by step instructions for preparing your item
  2. The return address and any shipping details

Please keep in mind that arranging and covering the cost of return shipping is up to you. We'd recommend choosing a tracked service, so you can follow your parcel and know it has reached us safely.

Return Shipping

  • Return postage is covered by the customer.
  • We aren't able to provide prepaid return labels at this time.
  • The good news is that we never charge a restocking fee.

If Something Arrives Damaged or Wrong

We take real care with every order, but if yours turns up damaged, faulty, or simply not what you ordered, please get in touch with us straight away. We'll look into it right away and put it right, whether that means a replacement, a refund, or an exchange, whatever suits you best.

Exchanges

We don't currently swap items directly, but getting what you'd really like is simple. Just return the original item for a refund and place a fresh order for the size, colour, or product you'd prefer.

Cancelling an Order

Changed your mind? Not a problem. As long as your order hasn't yet been sent to our warehouse for processing, we can cancel it for you. Once it's been packed or shipped we can't stop it on its way, but you're always welcome to start a return once it arrives.

Your Refund

As soon as your return reaches us and has been checked over, we'll be in touch to let you know it's all confirmed. Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 3 business days. A couple of things worth knowing:

  • Your bank or card provider may need up to 7 extra business days for the funds to show up in your account.
  • If it's been more than 10 business days since we approved your refund and there's still no sign of it, please get in touch. We're always happy to help.
