Shipping policy

 

At Henry Grayson, every order is put together with care and sent out quickly, so you can enjoy what you've bought as soon as possible.

Shipping Times: United States, Canada, Australia and Europe

Once your order comes in, we take 1 to 2 business days to process your order(Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays). After that, delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days (again Monday to Friday, holidays aside) from the moment it leaves us. All in, you're looking at roughly 4 to 8 business days from placing your order to having it in your hands.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, start processing that same day. Anything that comes in at or after 4:00 PM EST, over the weekend, or on a US public holiday will start processing the next business day.

Shipping Costs

  • Each order comes with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel all the way from dispatch to your door.
  • We'll email your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
  • All shipments cost the customer $7.99 USD

Where We Ship

For now, we deliver to the following countries:

United States, Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.

Who Carries Your Order

We ship with dependable partners, including USPS (Priority Mail), UPS (Ground), and FedEx (Ground and Home Delivery). Which carrier and service we use comes down to where you are and what's available in your area.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can monitor the progress of your delivery at any time by visiting our Track My Order page.

If you've already received your tracking number, simply enter it on the tracking page to view the latest updates on your shipment.

Delays and Service Disruptions

Most orders turn up within the estimated window, but every now and then a delay can creep in for reasons such as:

  • Carrier service issues
  • Severe weather
  • Busy seasonal periods with high order volumes
  • Other things outside our control

If we know about a significant delay affecting your order, we'll let you know as soon as we can.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double check your shipping details before you finish checkout. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll get in touch to arrange sending it out again, and an additional shipping charge may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your parcel is marked as "Delivered" but you can't find it, it's worth first checking with anyone else in your household, your neighbours, or your local carrier office. If it still hasn't turned up, please contact the carrier directly and let us know too at support@henrygrayson.com, and we'll do everything we can to help sort it out.
